Unquestionably one of the all-time greatest live bands in history and captured perfectly in this double CD. I've been a fan since the 80's and saw them at the height of their notoriety at 1988's Donington Rock Festival.

In 2017, I saw them at the London Stadium and in 2022, at the Tottenham ground. Inevitably age catches up with everyone but these were still awesome concerts

This album has been fully tested using Musical Fidelity A5.5 amplifier and Musical Fidelity A5.5 CD player.

Pre-loved and case shows minimal signs of age-related wear

Guns N' Roses captured the raw energy and rebellious spirit of their live performances with the release of their live album Live Era '87–'93, which came out in 1999. This double-disc album spans the most tumultuous and successful period of the band's career, featuring recordings from various concerts during their rise to fame in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

The album offers fans a taste of the band's explosive live presence, showcasing tracks from their groundbreaking debut album Appetite for Destruction, as well as hits from Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II. Songs like "Welcome to the Jungle," "Sweet Child o' Mine," and "Paradise City" capture the band's signature blend of hard rock, blues, and punk energy.

Live Era '87–'93 is notable not just for its collection of classic tracks but also for its raw and unpolished production, which reflects the chaotic and unpredictable nature of Guns N' Roses' live shows. The album highlights the powerful vocals of Axl Rose, the iconic guitar work of Slash, and the tight rhythm section that drove the band's sound.

While the album doesn't follow a strict chronological order, it effectively captures the intensity and atmosphere of the band's performances during their peak years. Live Era '87–'93 stands as a testament to Guns N' Roses' status as one of the greatest live rock acts of their era, offering a nostalgic and authentic experience for longtime fans and new listeners alike.
